Lara: As for my experience at the master, I have to say that it is very positive for different reasons. On the one hand, we focus on fields related to psychology, and sociology which are linked at the same time to the educational eviroments, and on the other hand, there are some subjects where we make a deep study about how to teach, in our case the english language. As a result, I feel that at the end of the course all of us will end up with a wide knowledge about the way we, as future teachers, have to manage our classes and how we have to deliver our lessons in the best possible way. The only drawback I find is that there are lots of hours devoted to areas that do not need a deep study as future teachers.
Ana: My experience as a master student has been positive for many reasons. I think that it is a good experience because we are learning lots of interesting things as working in groups, respecting other's opinions, how to introduce innovation in our classes...
We are also learning to see things that we don't see as students. We are learning to think as if we were teachers, we are getting in touch with legal documents, and getting aware of our rights and obligations as teachers. I think that all this will be very useful in our future job.
There are some aspects that I don't like as there are lots of hours of class and sometimes we are overloaded with work but my general opinion of the master is positive.
Sandra: I consider that this Master provides you with some guidelines on how to teach in secondary education. Although, I realized this Master should include more practical application. This application should help you to face the real world of education. In addition, I consider that there are so many teaching hours that most of them are not useful. I thought I was going to learn more about how to teach or, even how to teach in the real world.
